Name: Valeria Silverwind Age: 36 Looks: Personality: While rather nice and calm in personality, she has a high level of survival instinct, and usually has no calms about sacrificing other lives to save her own. She can be heavily persuasive, and even when she's not, an armored mage is usually quite a convincing thing by itself. She can also be slightly perverted, but she still respects people, so while she may joke about molesting you in your sleep, she won't do it. Probably. Biography: Originally born as a city elf, she grew up quickly, and began to realize she was a mage rather fast. Naturally, since she liked her family, she kept this secret as long as she possibly could, but in the end she had to go to the circle like anyone else. She was a talented mage, but she had a very great love of destruction and fire, making the Circle deem her dangerous, and they were afraid she would turn to blood magic to increase her destruction power. As such, the agreement was made to make her tranquil. However, Valeria knew how to obtain information from places she shouldn't, and she quickly learned about the news. It was therefor that she decided to flee, slaughtering the guards before they managed to fight back, and she fled as far away as she could, eventually managing to find refugee in a temple, far out in the woods. While she was here, she continued practicing her magic, making a nice home for herself, and one day she found a phylactery, filled with a spirit talking to her. Through sneakiness she managed to convince the spirit in the phylactery to teach her the art of being an arcane warrior, and then she left the phylactery there for whoever might wish to learn it after her. However, when she had left the circle, she had forgotten that she should have destroyed her own phylactery. It did not take long before she was tracked down, and she was dragged out of her home to be made tranquil at the Circle. However, on her way to the Circle, a group of grey wardens spotted her and her captors. They decided that the talents of Valeria would be much better used as a Grey Warden than a Tranquil, and, with incredibly heavy protest from the Templars, she was, rather involuntarily, recruited, and made a Grey Warden. Class: Mage Specializations (optional) : Arcane warrior

Valeria sighed, walking through the streets of Denerim. She sighed deeply, and moved a bit out of the way as some construction workers walked past her. "Greetings Warden." A guard said to her, and she nodded back, greeting him back as she walked. Warden... Grey Warden... The words gave her a bitter taste in her mouth. It was not a happy feeling, to know that she now had Darkspawn blood inside of her, and that her life had just been drastically shortened. But then again, 30 years in freedom was better than 200 as a tranquil.
Valeria gave another sigh, she needed to get it all out of her mind. With a groan she headed into the Gnawed Noble, walking inside. The other Wardens had told her it would be best if she kept a low profile for a few days, until her body got used to the Darkspawn blood that was now floating around inside of it, so she was wearing no armor today, and her sword was sheated at her side instead of on her back, so she looked more like a noble than a Warden, which was fitting as this was a tavern for nobles after all. She sat down by a table and ordered a beer. Across from her, on the other side of the table, sat a woman armed with something looking like a scythe, but she didn't mind, as a mage she could fight well without her armor anyway.
After a little bit of drinking, she began to hear fighting in the back of the tavern, and people begun gathering around. Oh god no... Last thing she needed, a bar fight. She sighed deeply and took another sip from her beer, deciding that she would remain un-involved as much as possible.

Chloe was sitting there drinking, she had been sipping at a single beer for most of the night trying to keep a low profile. She wasn't here to drink but instead listen, he quarry was in this tavern but she had to wait for the right moment. She sat there unarmoured but armed with a massive scythe across her back. Hearing sounds of fighting she tried to ignore it until a thrown beer glass missed her by inches but smashed her beer, she stood up and punched the grinning man who through the glass knocking him flat on his back and was then dragged into the brawl

Valeria saw the girl at her table join into the fight, and she sighed, putting up a magic shield around herself as she continued sipping from her beer. After having finished up the beer she got to her feet and yawned loudly, then she began to leave the tavern, stepping over, dodging under and sliding past the people who was currently fighting: She had no interest in joining into this. Why should she? This was no business of hers, and she did not consider joining into a bar fight as having a low profile.

"Too good for the fightin eh?" she thought seeing the other woman leave through small breaks in the brawl. She grabbed the woman's leg and pulled her into the thick of it before punching another guy out to make it seem like she hadn't done anything.

Valeria felt her leg get caught and suddenly she was dragged back into the thick of the brawl. She wanted to sneak out again but a guy spotted her and she was forced to punch him onto the ground. She had no idea who grabbed her leg but she was going to kill that person, whoever it was. As she spun around she noticed another guy about to punch her, and she wrapped her arm in green magic before a fist made out of stone fired from her arm, the stone fist hitting the guy square in the face and knocking him over the counter.
Valeria sighed. How unorthodox. She then spun around and punched a woman in the face (not Chloe), spotting the table girl from earlier still battling a short distance away. God she hated brawls. They were so unnessecary! But she couldn't call this to an end without breaking the whole low profile thing. She spun around and kicked a man in the balls, before she punched him away. She felt a swing go right over her head, barely dodging it, and she was forced to join into the fighting in full, now she was unable to back out. Now it was only a matter of not being knocked down like the rest of the litter.

Chloe was a flurry of blows her arms and legs deadly weapons for anyone stupid enough to get close. Soon the brawl was in full swing and practically everyone in the bar was part of it. Chloe put down man after man as she was slowly gravitating towards the centre of it all by mass of bodies alone cursing loudly in her thick scottish accent (Yes there is a Scotland ) with every person she beat down.

Valeria spun around, punching guy after guy when suddenly she felt a hand punch her from behind. She growled and she spun around, seeing the table lady from before. She planned to attack her but the woman was clearly slightly mad so she decided to let it go, instead she spun around and went back to her own business, beating them up with her own fist, the skills gathered from her Arcane Warrior training making her more skilled than any of these poor fools could ever hope to be with her fists. Soon enough, she found herself to have reached a bedroom. She knocked everyone in there unconscious, and then slammed the door shut, so she could take a breather, hoping nobody had seen her go in there. She was a good warrior, yes, but using her magic to increase combat skills took some energy out of her.

When the remainder of the people were on the floor either dead or unconscious she saw the other woman walk out and decided to head after her to find out more after all it wasn't every day you saw women survive bar brawls practically unscathed. "You fight well for a mage" she said standing next to the other woman "I figured you would have been dragged into the back rooms before the fight was done." she added not mentioning that she had figured the same for herself at first.

She looked over at the table lady. She dusted off herself. "Yes, well." She said, "I decided to join in on these primitive activities after I was forced to." Valeria said. "And since I have been asked to keep a low profile, I couldn't exactly summon an inferno to deal with this either." She said. "So I had to put into use the fighting skill I have, I suppose." She added and shrugged. "You fight well too. You fight like a madman, a berserker, perhaps, but you still fight well." Valeria complimented the girl, and she looked around in the bar. She noticed the girl behind the counter had disappeared, probably into one of the back rooms, but Valeria had seen too much shit to even flinch at that by now. She just walked over to behind the counter, grabbed a glass and poured beer into it, then she headed back to the table girl.
"So." She said, taking a sip from her beer. "We better leave before the guards arrive. I don't want to be held responsible for this mess, and I am sure, neither do you want to." She said.

"Primitive? What makes you all high and mighty?" she asked "These primitive skills as you call them just saved you from being raped so I would be a bit more respectful of these primitive activities" she replied.
"That on the other hand is something I can agree with" she replied following the other woman out before the guards could arrive. "So what's your story?" she asked casually as they walked past a bunch of guards heading towards the tavern

As Valeria walked away from the tavern, she heard the ask about her story. "Not that interesting. Used to be part of the Circle. Almost made tranquil. Fled. Learned to use magic for fighting. Was found, but recruited for Grey Wardens. And now I am here, forced to keep a low profile while the blood settles down into me." Valeria said and she shrugged. "What about you? Your accent, it's not from here." She said.

"A Grey Warden? Here? Lay low! Well you certainly went to the wrong place if you wanted to lie low" she chuckled "So why are you lot around here and not out dealing with the blight?" she asked
"Aye your right I'm not from around here, I come from Scotland originally but lets just say the family and I don't really get along that well" she replied
