"Lola! Hurry up!" The cheer captain repremanded the girl. The girl didn't offer an apology as she hustled over to get into position. They were getting ready to practice their new routine, which cheer captain said she was sure would take them to nationals.

"Yeah Lola" she teased her friend as she walked past. She was all pumped for practice today to learn this new technique really hoping it would get them to the nationals. They had never been to the nationals since Lynn joined the team so she was excited for a chance at it. Cheer practice was one of the times she could let loose and relax without having to worry about her other concerns plus it helped keep her fit and she could spend time with Lola which all made it the best way to end the day.

Lola dabbed in not only cheer, but gymnastics, and they helped each other aswell. The cheer captain began to instruct them, walking them threw it, letting them see the mechanics of this routine. Lola was sure they could master it, it was difficult, but she had confidence in her squad members.

Lynn watched their leader carefully taking in all her moves taking them apart bit by bit to help master it. She knew this would be difficult but she hadn't expected it to be this hard, but if this is what it took to get into the nationals she was determined not to let anyone down she just hoped her nightly activities wouldn't get in the way too much

The practice went on without a hitch. Once they finished, the cheer captain dismissed them to the showers. Panting, and in sweat, Lola headed to the showers, thinking that a nice warm shower to remove dampness she had would be really nice right about now.

Lynn joined Lola in the shower glad she was under the shower where she could let the warm water remove the fatigue from her muscles and the after effects of their sessions. Soon enough the others left making sure they got home before it got dark leaving Lola and her alone in the locker room.
(Assuming Lola is the vampire Lynn should have no idea her friend is one of them. IMO anyway)

Lola watched the girls go, hustiling to get out. "Alll rushing to get out to be with their boyfriends... I'm sure." She sighed, scrubbing her hair, letting the shampoo lather up.

She giggled "What about that guy John you were swooning over the other day?" She teased poking her friend in the ribs playfully. "Come on we had better get dressed before it gets dark and we are literally caught with our panties down" she chuckled turning how shower off

"Yeah, yeah." Lola responded, quickly finishing her wash before shutting her water off, and wrapping her towel around her body. The only reason she had "swooned" was because she had been particularly... hungry that day.
